My little buddy started Kindergarten the last week in August. He was so excited to go. The kindergarten starts a week later then the rest of the Elementary and this was pure TORTURE for him. He wanted so badly to go to school. Finally the day arrived and he was totally pumped. He was so excited to ride the bus with the big sis and brother. He didn't even want me to take him. (This was lucky since the day before I lost all the keys to the van!! Yes, we had to have new ones made and get the van re-programed. This was not cheap and had me falling apart. Luckily it all worked out.)
Cassidy walked him to his class and got him all settled. Conner had met his teacher and seen his classroom the week before and was not worried at all. I thought maybe he would be nervous riding the bus home by himself, but he trotted in the house saying it was "No big deal!" The bus drops him off at the end of the driveway which is very nice.
I love that he was so excited to go to school and I love even more that we are a month in to it and he is still loving it!! Keep it up buddy!
