It is snowing outside today and my kids are crying because they can't find their gloves but they are insistent to go outside (we were spoiled last week with the gorgeous weather). But we have found signs of life in our yard and that means the warm days are not to far away!! I was so excited to see that the trees and plants are still alive after planting them in the middle of the summer last year. The big test will be to see if the Japanese Maple is still alive, it better be after how much it cost!! I can't wait to start planting more flowers! Cameron has already started his seeds in the basement. Hopefully our vegetables will grow here in the mountains!

Disney on Ice
Well, we coughed up the money and decided to take Cassidy and Corbin to Disney on Ice. They absolutely loved it and are asking when we get to go again. Conner spent some one-on-one quality time with Grandma and Aunt Candace. Thanks again for watching him.
We had started giving the kids allowance a couple weeks before so they could save up and buy thier own treats. They loved being able to decide what they wanted and get it on their own. They both wanted the $10 icees that came in the Stich cup. YIKES!! Not my first choice, but they couldn't have been happier. Then we went to Crown Burger and had lunch. I love Conner to death, but let me just say it was so nice not having to chase after him all through the ice show and wrestle with him through lunch. Our life would be so boring with out the little guy.
It was a wonderful afternoon and so fun to spend some quality time with the older two. We don't get to do that very often with the kids, I should try and make it a habit/tradition.

8 years and counting...
It's hard to believe and sometimes very easy to believe that Cameron and I have been married for 8 years on March 10. We have been through what feels like a lot...3 kids, 3 dogs, 3 moves, 5 jobs, 2 bachelors degrees, fun vacations, multiple church callings, two trucks and a minivan, many fun experiences and a few sad ones. Events helping us become better people.
Cameron is a wonderful husband. He is caring, sympathetic (most of the time), a wonderful dad and willing to do anything for me and the kids. I love him so much. I'm so glad that we are married and get to spend eternity with each other. He truly makes me want to be the best wife and mother I can be. I wouldn't change a thing.
Love ya babe!!!
