First Day of School
Conner started his second year of preschool with Teacher Melanie on Sept. 7th. He has been so excited to start, especially since Corbin and Cassidy have been in school. Conner keeps asking me when he can go to school to see his friends. He is such a social little guy.
8 months old!

Corbin’s Birthday
Corbin turned six on Aug. 14th. It was his year to have a friend party if he wanted and of course he wanted one! The day before his birthday we had a water party and invited some of the neighbor kids. We had a little pizza, ate some cupcakes, opened presents and played a lot. Corbin and Conner had both got water guns for their birthdays and had a great time breaking them in. They played till I thought they were going to fall over from exhaustion.
Taylor is one of Corbin’s best friends!
On his birthday, we went to REAL soccer game. It was our first time going to one and the kids had a blast!
We gave Corbin the option of waiting for his present while I wrapped them or he could just have them. He picked to forget the wrapping paper! (I know, I am a pathetic mom!)
Love you buddy! Hope you had a fun birthday!
I love that Corbin lets Conner follow him everywhere!
Love that he will let Conner sleep in his bed with him, since Conner refuses to sleep alone in his own bed!
Love that he wants to be my buddy and go places with me.
Love that he is always singing and is excited to start piano lessons!
Love that he is a tender heart!

It’s GREAT to be EIGHT!
I cannot believe that my first born is EIGHT years old! Has it really been that long? It does not feel like it has been that long! Cassidy is turning into such a beautiful young woman! She is a wonderful helper. She is usually always willing to help with the babies and help out around the house. She is taking piano lessons and is getting quite good at it. Cassidy is a very quick learner and does great at anything she sets her mind to. She is very excited to be baptized! (She will be baptized Oct. 9th, mark your calendars!)
For her birthday we kept it pretty mello. That morning we went to my friend Morgan's and swam in her pool. She has a baby that is just a couple months older then the twins. It was fun to get together and swim. Cassidy loves swimming!
That evening we went to Grandma Cathy and Grandpa Bob’s and had family night, cake and ice cream and of course, sang Happy Birthday!
Then when we got home we were able to go over to our friend Hillary’s and she did GLITTER TOES! So cute! Cassidy felt like a princess having her toes done.
After Conners 3rd near drowing experience we stuck him in Brynlee’s life jacket. He would not hang on to the wall or stay in the shallow and everytime we grabbed him he would say, “I did that on purpose!” CRAZY KID!!
Cassidy got a sweet new camera since her last one broke. She loves to take pictures.
I love you to pieces Cassidy! Happy Birthday!
7 Months Old….
The twins are seven months old. I can’t believe how fast time goes by! The lights have just clicked on for the girls. They are definitely more aware of what is going on around them! They have started grabbing things and of course it always goes straight to their mouths. They have figured out that toys can be fun instead of just looking at them and then at you and thinking, “What the crap am I suppose to do with that!”. They have found their feet and will willingly suck on them if there is not a toy close by. They are starting to blow raspberries. Caylee gets so into it that her face will be bright red from blowing them so hard! They are starting to show their little personalities more and more. Chloe is great at showing off her dimple and will smile at anyone. Caylee is a bit more reserved and doesn’t just smile for everyone.
Chloe is still either really happy or really mad, but has started to learn she can just chill.
Stats: 13 1/2 pounds, 2nd percentile. 25.83 inches, 24th percentile! Head is 17 inches, 51st percentile!!! (WoW!!)
Caylee has figured out that if she screams hard enough someone is going to come pick her up. She is mostly just content to hang out though and observe Chloe having her melt downs. (It is comical how fast these two can stop crying as soon as they get picked up!)
Stats: 13 pounds, 1st percentile. 25.59 inches, 18th percentile. Head is 17.1 inches, 60th percentile!! (WoW!!)
P.S. No, they are still not sleeping through the night, but at least they just wake up eat and go back to sleep. And yes, if one wakes up I wake them both up!
P.P.S. We have to get CT scans done for their rapid head growth!! Better to be safe then sorry! Caylee gets to go see a dermatologist at Primary’s to double check all her hemangiomas.
Conner’s 4th birthday!
My little guy turned 4 on July 7th. (I know I am very late posting this) We gave him the choice to pick what he wanted for dinner and he chose pizza. Then we asked him who he wanted to come and he said Corbin, Cassidy and Candace. So we went to The Pizza Place and bowling the night before his birthday. It was a fun evening. We hardly ever bowl so needless to say we were not very good, but Conner sure got into it. He would start dancing if he hit any pins down and saying “OH YEAH, OH YEAH!!” If you are around Conner at all, you can imagine him half singing, half chanting this. He is such a funny little kid! :)
A little break dancing after he knocked some pins down. How I wish I had the video camera!
It just so happened that a boating trip had been planned because Jenny and Levi were in town, so we made it into a birthday celebration as well. We love going to Pineview with the family! Grandpa always makes sure the kids have a fun time and get their fill of riding on or behind the boat. Conner even road on the tube! He was very reluctant at first but eventually decided he would go for a short ride thanks to a little convincing and coaxing from everyone on the boat. He said he had fun, but by the look on his face I’m not sure how much fun he really had. Conner is usually such a daredevil and a stunt man that I was surprised he was not loving it! He did love playing on the beach and swimming with the cousins!
Conner loved playing in the water!
The twins first time at Pineview!
Birthday cupcakes!
Conner can fall asleep anywhere!
Happy Birthday Conner!
Things I love about this little guy!
-His endless supply of energy.
-That he thinks Corbin is his “Best Buddy”!
-When he says, “Ohh, that is so cute!” about everything.
-That he sings to the twins. (If he knows I am listening he won’t do it. I have been trying to record this.)
-The way he says hello when he answers the phone.
