Easter baskets
Easter outfits
We started the festivities on Saturday by going to the city Easter egg hunt. They had it divided into age groups so I took Conner, Cameron took Corbin and Cassidy was on her own. (I can't believe how fast she is growing up.) It was very fun and each of the kids walked away with a easter basket full of candy. Then it was off to work I go and Cameron was able to decorate eggs with the kids. Sunday morning we got up and got ready for church and snapped a few pictures. I made the kids wait till after church to find eggs and get their Easter baskets. We (meaning I) are not morning people and there just wasn't time before 9:30 church. They were just that much more excited when we got home. Corbin was the master egg finder, we had to tell him to stop so Cassidy and Conner could get some. We then went to Mom's for a fabulous dinner and visiting with the fam.
I was able to teach the Easter lesson to my primary class and it actually went well. Turns out my primary kids are really listening and learning. It was good for me to reflect on how much the Savior has done for us and how thankful I am that I can be with my family for eternity. Happy Easter everyone!!!
